To make it easier to choose the right tent and to highlight the differences between them, we have divided our tents into different categories. Black Label includes the Hilleberg classic models that we have developed continuously over many years. Red Label consists of our lightest all season tents, and Yellow Label contains our new three season models.
Black label
For all users – in all situations! Hilleberg’s most comfortable, easy to use and versatile all season tents, for everything from family outings in the forest to polar expeditions. Black Label tents have the most features and the strongest materials to provide the greatest longevity and dependability.
Red label
Our lightest all season tents, these models still offer high strength, comfort and dependability. Red Label tents suit those who want to be ready for tough challenges but also need to keep pack volume and weight low. These tents have simpler construction and lighter materials than Black Label models, but are still very stable and functional.
Yellow label
Minimalist three season tents, for those for whom light weight is the highest priority. They are built for snow-free and less exposed trips, and without compromising on our dependability requirements we have shaved off everything but the most important features. Their simplified design and lighter weight materials demand more awareness from users than do our other tents.
Blue label
Each Hilleberg Blue Label model is designed for a particular job, and so is built with the materials best suited to that end. Just as importantly, Blue Label models, like our Black, Red, and Yellow Label tents, are expressly designed with a specific blend of our performance attributes principles (reliability, adaptability, ease of use, durability, comfort, and low weight). For Blue Label models, however, that blend is optimized not just for their intended performance range, but for their individual tasks, as well.
